Cancellation Policy: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to English Express.

• For any program or class which is canceled by the school before the starting date, a full refund minus the registration fee will be issued.
• For those classes which have already begun and are then cancelled by the school, a prorated refund will be processed within 90 days of the class cancellation.
• If a student requests a refund before the start of a class, a refund will be issued, except for the registration fee and books, only if a written request is received by English Express no more than 3 days after the initial payment is made.
• If a student does not attend a class, no refund will be issued.

Student Withdrawal from Program after the Start of a Class:

• English Express has the right to keep all tuition charges and fees.

English Express’ Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued within 90 days from the cancellation of a class or from the date of written notice from the student.

  Prohibition on the Promotion of other Teaching Services

• While in class or at the school, students enrolled at English Express are not allowed to promote other teaching services. This prohibition includes distributing brochures and websites of other schools or teaching services. The consequence for violating this policy is the student's dismissal from English Express.
